HiAppKiller 是一款小而強的工作管理員，可以終止幾乎所有處理序，關鍵處理序亦不例外，也可以只關閉某個可間視窗；另外，此軟體支援一次性關閉所有處理序、登出、重啟電腦作業。

軟體界面絕對簡潔，啟動后只有在系統欄中加入一小圖示，軟體的全部功能就通過在此圖示上按一下左、右鍵生效的。
